Care

Care that fits the person.

Everyone’s situation is different. Here is an overview of what we offer. The best next step is a call or a visit, so we can learn what your loved one needs.

What we believe

The things that guide every day here, from the first cup of coffee to the last light off.

  • Kindness first

Every day is built on patience, warmth and respect for the person in front of us.

  • Safe and steady

A single-level home with 24-hour care, so families can rest easier.

  • A real home

A house on a quiet, wooded lot, not an institution. Your own room, your own things.

  • Families included

We keep you in the loop, the way you prefer, and we welcome your visits.

  • Getting to know each person

Favorite meals, morning routines, the little things that make a day feel right.

  • Good company

Meals together, music, games and time outside. A household, not a schedule.

Levels of care

We support every level of care, and as needs change, the care changes with them.

  1. Level 1Light CareMostly independent, with a little help and a watchful eye
  2. Level 2Light to MediumHelp with parts of the day, and with medications
  3. Level 3Medium CareHands-on help with daily routines
  4. Level 4Medium to HeavySignificant help, including with moving around
  5. Level 5Total CareFull care, including comfort care with your hospice
  • We start with a conversation

Before anything is decided, we get to know your loved one and talk through what they need.

  • Care changes as needs change

When needs grow, the care grows with them. In most cases, nobody has to move.

  • A team that’s ready

We choose our caregivers carefully, make sure they are well trained, and give them the support they need.

Memory care

For people living with dementia, a small, familiar home makes a real difference. Ours is calm and single-level, with door alarms, the same faces every day, and 24-hour care.

Comfort care

We are hospice-capable. Care is delivered here by your chosen Medicare-certified hospice agency; we provide room, board, personal care and coordination, so your loved one can stay at home.

Most families aren’t. We accept private pay, Medicaid and Medicaid spend-down, and the cost depends on the care needed. Call us and we’ll talk through the options together.
